Dr. Rosenbaum grew up in Lorain, Ohio but spent her summers on her grandmother's farm in Fentress County, Tennessee. She was Validictorian of her high school class and a Bausch and Lomb science medalist. She was awarded the Ohio Board of Regents scholarship and the Scarlet and Gray scholarship to Ohio State University. 

She was president of the Delta Omega Kappa sorority and a selected member of the Alpha Epsilon Delta Pre-Medical Honor Society. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Zoology degree from Ohio State in 1991. 

She attended Dr. William M. Scholl College in Chicago, Illinios and was a member of Phi Alpha Pi. She was granted a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Doctor of Podiatric Medicine in 1995. 

Dr. Rosenbaum completed a two-year residency program at Roger Williams Hospital, a Brown University affiliated institution in Providence, Rhode Island. 

Dr. Rosenbaum is a member of the Ameican Podiatric Medical Association and the Tennessee Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Rosenbaum is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. She has been serving the Upper Cumblerland region since 2001.
